Ive seen some of your work on the net and like it alot, I think video is the way forward from now on - mornings are a bit too dark at the moment though.

Like the way your doing your marketing. I&#039;m another Pom (A Northerner), getting Aussies fit. I think I&#039;ve seen your group at Rushcutters bay as I&#039;ve run past with a group. I mainly train in the domain but we run out your way once a month or so. Loving what your doing with the video clips. I think we are on the same page mate. I&#039;m a CrossFit instructor and KB and &quot;O&quot; lifting coach. I&#039;ve got a good site with a blog but need to start utilizing video etc

I am a 52 year old woman who has been physically active most of my adult life. In the past 2 years I have gradually gained 20 lbs.It is killing me!
I am now trying to get back into shape again,but it is so hard this time around.
I would like to attend a real hard core fitness boot camp for a week to jump charge my slowing metabolism.
Do you have nay recommendations? My goal is to lose 5 lbs a month,decrease body fat and drop down 2 sizes to a healthy size 8.I am 5&#039;6&quot;.
