		<description>Great myth-busting. I really liked the one on cardio and doing interval training instead. So many people feel like they need to really go whole hog to lose weight or get fit when really it is about doing it smart. This is why doing fun activities-such as hiking, trail-running, rock climbing, swimming is so effective-you are moving but it is not constant. More real life workout. Anyway, love the blog.
