		<description>Hi Dan I feel I have achieved the one goal I had. Now I am struggling to achieve past where my first goal was.  The last 8 months have been a huge strain financially emotionally and finding my feet has been a real challenge. Your personal training put me on the road of believing I was capable of achieving the weight that I wanted and that exercise would become part of my everyday routine. One that I very much enjoy now.
My beloved grandmother passed away over a week ago now and as much as it&#039;s a great relief as she was so very ill. It was a very sad time.
My main struggle is diet. It&#039;s all over the place having three children 9, 6 and 1 I am constantly eating out of my time and all sorts off things, sometimes not very healthy. I have mastered the caring for my physical exterior body now my insides need help. Do you have a real attainable easy diet plan that i can follow side by side with my training more specific of quantity and variety.Also limited time,to prepare meals and products that are easy to find. I need help I would like to lose another two kilos not much I know but it would make a huge difference and know that Iam truly taking care of the outer and inner me. My other focus is toning my stomach and thighs. We spoke and you said I could catch up the two weeks in the next block coming up now how should I pay please when it suits you could you please call or email me.
